Ten Mile Tea Farm's signature loose-leaf black tea, grown at our very own farm in Yunnan.
Why is this tea special?
Each tea leaf is hand-picked under the "One Bud, One Leaf" philosophy to ensure only the freshest and most tender leaves are selected. After harvest, these leaves are fermented and prepared using our traditional and proprietary processes to produce our award-winning Ten Mile Tea (十里香).
Our Ten Mile black tea was most recently awarded with the Gold Medal at the 2019 World Black Tea Quality Evaluation Competition held by the China Tea Marketing Association
Flavor and aroma profile
Ten Mile black tea has a lingering floral aroma with rich black tea flavor. It has a clean mouth-feel and sweet aftertaste and maintains its flavor for up to 8 steeps.
Brewing Instructions - Ten Mile Signature Tea
Given the high quality of this tea, we recommend using a tea infuser or brewing this tea in a tea pot
Instructions:
1. Open the package and add ~2.5g of tea to your infuser
2. Add hot, nearly boiling water (~80°C) to the tea infuser or tea pot
3. Steep for ~30 seconds for the first brew, then remove the tea infuser or pour out the tea from the tea pot. Enjoy!
4. Tea can be re-used for multiple brews, just add water and steep to taste
