Brewing Instructions - Ten Mile Signature Tea
Given the high quality of this tea, we recommend using a tea infuser or brewing this tea in a tea pot
Instructions:
1. Open the package and add ~2.5g of tea to your infuser
2. Add hot, nearly boiling water (~80°C) to the tea infuser or tea pot
3. Steep for ~30 seconds for the first brew, then remove the tea infuser or pour out the tea from the tea pot. Enjoy!
4. Tea can be re-used for multiple brews, just add water and steep to taste
Brewing Instructions - Pu Erh Tea
Pu erh has a strong flavor, so it is highly recommended to not let the tea steep for too long. If you do not have a tea infuser, you can brew the tea in a pot and pour out to separate cups to enjoy
Instructions:
1. Unwrap one mini cake and place in an 8 oz cup or pot
2. Add boiling water (~100°C) to the cup or pot, then discard the water when the tea cake begins to break up (~20 seconds)
3. Fill the cup or pot again with water and steep to desired strength (~10-20 seconds seconds for first brew; tea should be a light, earthy color)
4. Pu erh can be re-used for 8+ brews, just add water and steep to taste
